Programs and Services at 170 Wallace Street
Administration: Upstairs, accessed by front door, street level.
Family Therapy Program: Upstairs, accessed by front door, street level.
LIFT Program: In rear of building, accessed by walking between 170 Wallace Street building and Archie Johnstone Plumbing and Heating and turning right upon reaching the bottom of the driveway
Transitions Program: Same as LIFT Program.
Programs at 190 Wallace Street
The Mental Health Outreach Program, Sexual Abuse Intervention Program, and Eating Disorders Program are situated on the second floor of 190 Wallace Street. This location has wheelchair access and an elevator. Doors are routinely locked at 4:30 p.m.
Accessibility
Our offices are located at both 170 Wallace Street and 190 Wallace Street unless otherwise indicated. Both offices are located on City bus routes and pay parking is located in front of the building. 2 hour free parking is available on Wentworth Street. Unfortunately, there is no parking available at the rear of 170 Wallace where the LIFT and Transitions Program is located unless it is after 5 p.m. weekdays.Access to wheelchair accessible washrooms is available on the 2nd floor at 190 Wallace Street. If you are unable to manage stairs, please advise our staff and an alternative location will be made available for you and your family. In addition, if you have hearing, sight or language difficulties, we will work with you to accommodate your needs.
