Agency Status: Open Regular Hours
NARSF continues to monitor the evolving circumstances of COVID-19 and its impact on clients, communities and stakeholders. To this extent, if you are a client and are feeling unwell, have a sore throat, cough, shortness of breath or fever, we ask that you re-schedule your appointment a minimum of 14 days later to avoid transmission. Our apologies to those clients in advance where staff are unable to cancel in time as symptoms can arise suddenly.
Please continue to monitor this section of the website for NARSF’s response to this unfolding picture. It is recommended that you familiarize your self with resources from the British Columbia Center for Disease Control as it is the “resource” for provincial information that is accurate and current. Information is being updated frequently on the site at this time and individuals are encouraged to check back regularly (e.g. daily): http://www.bccdc.ca/

During extreme weather conditions, a decision to close the agency will be based on the SD 68 and the VIU both being closed, existing road conditions and city transportation availability. To confirm if the agency is affected by extreme weather, check the status above or phone 250-754-2773 and press ‘4’ when prompted. Our opening status will be updated by 8 a.m. Monday to Friday.
